GOING, GOING.... ONLY LAST FEW UNITS REMAIN AT COUNTY BUSINESS PARK

Now, only four units remain at County Business Park in Northallerton, available for sale or to let from 8,400 sq ft.
 
The site boasts a fully refurbished industrial and warehouse complex attracting new occupiers, reveal property consultants, Sanderson Weatherall LLP.
 
Jonathan Simpson, head of industrial agency at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “This level of take-up is extremely encouraging notwithstanding the current climate. County Business Park has seen sales on a freehold basis to Hambleton District Council, Renotech, Skipton Hire Centre Ltd, GRP Ltd, Lightfoot Electrical, Petcetera, Take a Seat and J & R Haw Motors - demonstrating continued interest in the area as a destination for successful business.
 
Jonathan added: “We are currently in discussion with a number of occupiers regarding the remaining space and hope to make further announcements shortly.

The seven-acre industrial and business park, situated on the former Clariant site in a prominent location just off Darlington Road, was acquired and fully refurbished by Pendle Bracken in a joint venture involving Leeds-based developer Bracken and Barnfield Construction.
