FLURRY OF LETTINGS AT TEESSIDE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Acting on behalf of UK Land Estates, several significant lettings have just been concluded. These cover the let of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse to ticket manufacturer BemroseBooth, a 11,500 sq ft building to XLEDM and a 5,000 sq ft building and one acre site to Morrison Utility Services.
 
Jonathan Simpson, Head of Industrial Agency at Sanderson Weatherall signifies these lettings as a positive start to 2010, following the noteworthy shift back towards a demand for leasehold premises.  He said: “Arguably, Teesside Industrial Estate has been the best performing local estate over the course of the last 18 months with over 200,000 sq ft of transactions taking place on the 250 acre plus estate.
 
 “There will be an on-site open day on June 9th to provide local businesses with the opportunity to meet with Buildings for Business, the Local Authority, One North East, Sanderson Weatherall and Business Link. The event will also provide details of the proposed five to ten-year master plan for the estate.”
