concluded. These cover the let of a

20,000 sq ft warehouse to ticket manufacturer BemroseBooth, a 11,500 sq ft building
to XLEDM and a 5,000 sq ft building and one acre site to Morrison Utility Services.

these lettings as a positive start to 2010, following the noteworthy shift back
