UK Land Estates has sold the 20,000sq ft industrial unit to Leicestershire-based
company, Colton Packaging Ltd.
Jonathan Simpson, Head of Industrial Agency at Sanderson Weatherall LLP says
that Teesside Industrial Estate has outperformed all other estates over the course
of the last two years.

He said: “Over the last year and a half, we have completed on over 220,000sq
ft of transactions on this 250-acre plus estate. These have included the sale
to Colton Packaging and a number of significant lettings to companies such as
Bemrose Booth, Decorative Panels Ltd, Morrison Utilities and XLEDM. Terms have
also recently been agreed for the letting of a 53,500sq ft unit to Cotswold Manufacturing
Ltd.”
