Contract administration
Whether a client intends to extend, upgrade or refurbish their office, warehouse,
factory or school, Sanderson Weatherall can act on their behalf to ensure they
obtain the required finished product on time, whilst maintaining value for money
and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Acting on a client's behalf, we develop briefs, prepare initial sketches/concept
drawings for approval and provide a budget cost estimate. Subject to approval,
we will then prepare a specification and drawings sufficient for obtaining competitive
tenders from suitable contractors and obtain requisite statutory approvals.
Upon submission of tenders, we will provide an analysis and recommendation prior
to award of the contract and adminstration of the scheme on-site including all
valuations through to completion. Throughout the design and construction process,
we can also act as a planning supervisor in accordance with the construction,
design & management regulations.
